I've been wanting a black pleated chiffon skirt for the longest time and this is the closest I've got to it so far:
The shorts look just like a skirt when you're wearing them and they are so fricking comfortable. They're by the brand 'Mizumi' and the best part is they were only £9.99 at full price.
My mum got them for me from TKMaxx and they're still available on their website here.
